HK Souq ("we", "us", "our") operates an e-commerce platform at hksouq.com that offers premium Middle Eastern products to customers in Hong Kong and the surrounding region. We collect payment information through our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly; HK Souq never stores full card numbers on our servers.

We automatically collect technical information when you browse the site: IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and interactions with the site. This is used for security, analytics, and improving the experience.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfil orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, provide customer support, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and — with your consent — send marketing communications about new products, collections, and offers.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email or by contacting us directly.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the business: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare and Railway (hosting), and shipping partners (to deliver your orders).

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in the event of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
