Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Hong Kong Delivery

We offer two shipping options within Hong Kong:

— Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days, HK$50 (free on orders over HK$500)

— Express Shipping: Next business day (if ordered before 2pm HKT), HK$100

Remote and outlying area surcharges may apply to certain locations.

Macau and Mainland China

Shipping to Macau and Mainland China is typically 3–7 business days, depending on location and customs clearance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country or region.

International Shipping

We are working on expanding international shipping. If you would like to place an order outside Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, please contact us at [email protected] to check availability and a custom quote.

Tracking Your Order

All shipped orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your parcel is dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Undeliverable and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (at additional cost) or a refund less the original shipping charge.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Take photos of any damaged packaging at the point of delivery and contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
