Acceptance of Terms

Products and Pricing

We strive to describe our products accurately, including origin, materials, and sizing. Colours and details may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the handmade nature of some items.

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes for Hong Kong delivery; international customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes in their destination country.

We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, and modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed at the original price will be honoured.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but acceptance only occurs when we dispatch the goods or send a specific acceptance email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment in full.

Payment

We accept payment through our secure payment processor Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is authorised at the time of order and captured on dispatch.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Our Returns Policy explains how to return products and the conditions that apply. Some items (custom-made, made-to-order, opened fragrance, and personal-care products) are final sale except where they arrive damaged or defective.

All content on hksouq.com — including logos, images, product descriptions, text, and design — is the property of HK Souq or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, not to interfere with the operation of the site, and not to use automated tools to scrape or copy our content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HK Souq's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
