Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned except where they arrive damaged or defective:

— Custom-made or made-to-order products

— Personalised or engraved items

— Opened fragrance, skincare, and personal-care products (for hygiene reasons)

— Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

— Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

For returns within Hong Kong, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described. For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping, insurance, and any applicable duties.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Stripe and your card issuer may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our cost.
